Fine Arts at Veritas Christian School

Truth and beauty are displayed through God’s creation. As teachers of the arts we direct the student to be a lover of God’s creation and truth. Creating is a reflection of the Master creator through visual art, music and dramatic arts. Students practice and aspire to create and appreciate beauty (both objective and subjective) as a worship to the Lord and a way to appreciate a higher aesthetic of the human condition.

As students learn to create, they discover the nature and the mystery of God. How do they gain a greater appreciation of good? Allow the student to be exposed to the beauty of God’s creation. All that exists is His and therein is the discovery of the radiance of God’s work that awakens love of God.
